Well It’s coming up again and I’m hoping that Neil Robertson can win this event and get an Australian player to win or Steve Mifsud.
At least this year isn’t the start of the season so neil would have practiced longer than a week after the world titles and will in my opinion
be much better prepared than in the last two years.
Steve has been the top player here in Australia for a long time and hopefully this time he can be at the top of his form and show the players at the event
what he can do and the Australian Public.
Snooker fans can see some of the biggest names in world snooker at the Australian Goldfields Open in Bendigo from 8-14 July 2013.
The event will see eight of the top 16 players in the world vying for the top prize at Australia’s prestigious world ranking snooker tournament. Players lining up their pool cues include world number one ranked player Mark Selby (representing the UK), and second ranked player Neil Robertson from Australia.
The event returns to the Victorian city of Bendigo for its third year, and provides an outstanding opportunity for snooker fans to enjoy top sporting action whilst discovering the rich golden heritage the region is famous for.
Tickets can be purchased online or by contacting Bendigo Stadium on 03 5440 6214.
