Your head in snooker must be low over the cue, to the degree that the cue should gently touch your chin as you address the cue ball with the forward and backward motion. When addressing the cue ball, ensure the path the cue travels is a smooth line and parallel with the bed of the table.

Another aspect is keeping the head and still as possible during the shot and not moving your head until the shot is complete. this will not only keep your head still but your shoulders and you’ll have a much better chance of becoming a better player.
